Synergy Healthcare Partnerships Ltd (SynergyHP) is an independent healthcare provider of Insourcing services. 

We develop partnerships with local NHS Trust and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to deliver safe and high-quality healthcare to local patients by offering additional capacity resources to help manage waiting lists. This removes excess demand, eases pressure and helps achievement of national targets and accelerates recovery.

Insourcing is a high quality, efficient and effective solution to reduce NHS waiting lists. It utilises NHS premises and equipment when not in use to deliver extra capacity.  Therefore services are provided where patients do not have to travel elsewhere for treatment and care can be delivered in a recognised environment with a team highly capable of achieving national targets whilst following the Trusts policies and procedures therefore reducing risk, including information governance.

SynergyHP has achieved all necessary checks to demonstrate full compliance to become an approved supplier for this National Framework. This includes having full Employers Liability, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Clinical Indemnity insurance. 

The NOE CPC is part of the NHS Workforce Alliance which partnerships with the Crown Commercial Services (CCS), the biggest public procurement organisation helping the public sector save money when buying services.
